Please read the following items before making your reservation at the hotel:
Portland is very popular in July and August. The hotels are near capacity and the hotel rates are high at that time of the year. However, the following special arrangements have been made for PICMET'22 guests at Doubletree by Hilton Portland hotel.
- ROOM RATE: The special room rate for conference attendees is $189 (+ tax) per night for single or double occupancy for a Standard Guestroom with a queen bed. The special rate for a Premium Guestroom with a king or two queen beds is $209 (+tax) per night for single or double occupancy. Triple/Quadruple occupancy (3 or 4 persons per room) in a Premium Guestroom is for an additional $15 per person for the third and the fourth person.
- WIFI: Guestroom rates include complimentary basic WIFI access.
- PARKING: The hotel has a covered garage adjoining the property. Self-parking with in-out privileges is complimentary to PICMET guests. Valet parking is $37 per day.
- CUT-OFF DATE FOR PICMET RATES: The special PICMET rates are available for reservations received by the hotel until Friday, July 15, 2022. Please make sure to reserve your room as soon as possible. We expect the rooms to be sold out quickly.
